I have lived in Westford all my life and know that we are a tight knit community as until recently (past 10 years) we didn't have a lot of things nearby and possibly still don't...and one thing I have noticed are support groups for various things - and in this case for Cancer Survivors aren't prominently advertised - everything seems to be word of mouth.

I honestly do not know where to begin. I have recently moved to Westford. My husband and I are city kids. Things now a days just aren't the same where we grew up.
